Jay Platt, DDS

Jay Platt, DDS is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1986 and then completed a one-year general practice residency at the Indiana University Hospitals. Dr. Platt received his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Indiana University Medical Center, gaining his certificate in 1990. In 1992, Dr. Platt became Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Platt practices all phases of oral and maxillofacial surgery concentrating on all types of extractions, placement of dental implants, exposure of impacted teeth, pathology and corrective jaw surgery. He has great interest and experience in intraoral bone grafts and placement of dental implants.
