Where every error remains visible: implantology in the anterior region

When inserting implants or reconstructing missing tissue in the jaw areas, implantologists are faced with very different problems and challenges. In the anterior region of the maxilla, focus is placed on achieving a natural, aesthetic reconstruction using implants:
DENTAURUM

- adequate augmentation of atrophied hard tissue

- exact placement of the implants

-  build up of soft tissue

- implant prosthetic work techniques

The smallest of mistakes will be punished in the form of compromises in the final result. The details of the surgical procedure are visualized by means of video recordings and recommendations for improving the surgical and prosthetic implant therapy are given on the basis of two different clinical cases.

Clinical case 1:

  • The key to success: The right implant position
  • Bone augmentation in the anterior region using cortical bone lamellae technique
  • Optimization of soft tissue by connective tissue graft
  • The optimized emergence profile
  • Tissue thickness and long-term stability

Clinical Case 2:

  • digital planning
  • navigated implantation
  • Temporary immediate restoration

Dr. Joachim Hoffmann will answer your questions at the end of the webinar.
